These bars are amazing! If you like lemon…you’ll love this recipe. I had small lemons so I used the juice from 3 and it tasted perfect…not so tart you make a funny face. I tried them warm out of the oven and they melted in my mouth. This will be a great potluck or cookie exchange recipe to have!! Thanks for sharing!

Simple and good. Good tartness, yet not too sour. I made with limes as my husband is a lime freak! They turned out great. Took some to work to get other opinions, well liked. Did use 4 limes as they were pretty small, and didnt get much juice from just 2
